Want to control your body? Start by listening to it

Right after the first session you will realise that the strength of Pilates lies in its gentleness. Each exercise in this course is aimed at achieving a body–mind balance.

Session by session we persistently work through all muscle groups: toning the glutes and legs, tightening the arms and strengthening the core. With each class you reach a new level of control over your body.

We start with a warm-up and learn ribcage breathing, then work on opening the joints so your movements become as fluid as possible. When you begin, promise to dedicate this time solely to yourself — concentration is the key to Pilates.

How the workouts work

The series begins with foundations: warm-up, ribcage breathing and opening the joints so movement becomes fluid. Then sessions target the core, the legs and glutes, and the arms, before full workouts bring everything together.

Sessions run 30–45 minutes and are deliberately gentle but persistent — each one asks for concentration rather than effort. A mat is enough.

Follow the series in order first; afterwards repeat the full sessions as your regular practice, returning to the focused ones when a part of the body asks for attention.

Your first steps

You start with “Foundations”. It covers: Warm-up and ribcage breathing; Opening the joints. Nothing in it assumes knowledge from later parts of the course, so you can begin the day you enrol.

By the end of that first part you will already have done something concrete rather than only watched — and you will know whether the pace suits you. If it does not, the 14-day guarantee means you lose nothing.

What you get

  • Foundations: warm-up, ribcage breathing, joint opening
  • Core, legs and glutes, and arms sessions
  • Full Pilates workouts to repeat
  • Guidance on concentration and body–mind balance
  • Progress notes for each session
  • Lifetime access

Is this for you?

This course is for you if…

  • You want strength without strain
  • You prefer mindful, controlled movement
  • You want a routine you can do at home

Probably not a fit if…

  • You are looking for high-intensity cardio
  • You are recovering from injury — ask your physiotherapist first

Why learn this in a structured course

Workout videos are everywhere; a progression is rare. This series is built as a progression: foundations first, focused sessions next, full workouts to keep — so each session is safe and useful at the level you have reached.

Everything is shown in full with variations, so you can follow at home without a trainer watching, and return to any session for as long as you want.

After the course

You feel the strength Pilates builds — a stable centre, toned legs and glutes, tighter arms — without strain or exhaustion. Movements become controlled and fluid, and the time you promised yourself becomes a habit you protect.

The series stays with you as a practice for life, not a plan that finishes.
