Longer muscles, looser joints, a calmer body

Stretching that actually progresses

The workout begins with a simple warm-up — an intense cardio burst, light strength work or a gentle warming of all the joints. Then we move to stretching and elongating the muscles, with deep breathing and relaxation, including exercises that prepare the body for the splits.

Range of motion increases with each new repetition. Who knows — by the last session you might manage a full split.

These workouts are for stretching enthusiasts at any level. You need a mat, an elastic band, fitness blocks and small pillows; the instructor explains how to substitute everyday items.

How the workouts work

Each workout follows the same arc: a warm-up — cardio, light strength or joint mobility depending on the day — then stretching and lengthening of the main muscle groups with deep breathing and relaxation, including progressive preparation for the splits.

Sessions run 30–45 minutes and are grouped by focus: foundations, lower body, upper body and spine, and full sessions to repeat. You can follow them in order or pick by what feels tight.

Equipment is minimal — a mat, an elastic band, blocks and small pillows — and the instructor shows household substitutes for each.

Your first steps

You start with “Foundations”. It covers: Warm-up variations; Breathing for release. Nothing in it assumes knowledge from later parts of the course, so you can begin the day you enrol.

By the end of that first part you will already have done something concrete rather than only watched — and you will know whether the pace suits you. If it does not, the 14-day guarantee means you lose nothing.

Is this for you?

This course is for you if…

  • You enjoy stretching and want structured, progressive sessions
  • You sit a lot and feel tight
  • You have a splits goal

Probably not a fit if…

  • You are recovering from an injury — ask your physiotherapist first

Why learn this in a structured course

Workout videos are everywhere; a progression is rare. This series is built as a progression: foundations first, focused sessions next, full workouts to keep — so each session is safe and useful at the level you have reached.

Everything is shown in full with variations, so you can follow at home without a trainer watching, and return to any session for as long as you want.

After the course

Tightness after long days at a desk eases, movements that used to feel stiff become smooth, and the splits progression gives a visible goal to work towards. The breathing habit from the sessions carries into the rest of the day.

Because the workouts are yours for life, stretching becomes a routine you return to rather than a programme that ends.
